Prenatal in a Day classes

Established in 2019, our popular Prenatal in a Day course is a one day class preparing you for birth, postpartum adjustment, and newborn feeding. Our prenatal classes include registration for both you and your support person.

Upcoming One Day Classes

Classes are limited to a maximum of 20 people (including support persons). All classes listed on our website are evaluated on a class-by-class basis; we will contact anyone registered in advance if we are unable to hold the class in-person due to COVID-19 restrictions.
