HIGHLY recommend Marlene and Alison’s prenatal course. They do a phenomenal job keeping things fun and the energy up, despite it being a full day of learning. My partner was a bit on the fence about going, but he told me it was “definitely worth it” when we were only 1/2 way through the day. You will walk away feeling more informed, with resources to review and a greater confidence than when you walked in.”

Highly recommend Alison and Marlene's class! My partner and I found it so informative and they bring such a lightness, confidence and fun energy. I definitely left feeling more confident in what to expect and the options that I have for labour/delivery. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful prenatal class with Alison and Marlene last month. It was very informative, engaging and touched on many topics that felt unfamiliar to us. Both of your backgrounds and experience as nurses also helped inform the practical side of labour / delivery. Thank you for an amazing class and being so warm, funny and approachable!

My partner and I attended this class, and we’re so glad we did! Alison and Marlene were both fantastic, the class covered a great range of topics from first signs of labour through to postpartum recovery, and the breadth of information shared was great; there’s no bias placed on what you should or shouldn’t choose to do, outside of ensuring that whatever decision you make is safe. Their professional experience working at BC Women’s Hospital is exceptionally handy if you also plan to deliver there. Both my partner and I feel much more confident about what to expect, and prepared to handle anything unexpected that may arise.
